Job Description:

• Design, develop, and automate manual reporting processes using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
• Develop and maintain efficient workflows in Alteryx to eliminate manual intervention.
• Learn and understand the business process and develop good understanding of data.
• Assure the integrity of data, through extraction, manipulation, processing, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Analyze, Design, Develop, Test, Debug and deploy automation scripts in Python or UiPath along with documentation to meet business requirements.
• Advanced PC Skills, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (graphs, charts, formulas etc.)

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. with 5+ years of work experience
• Advance working knowledge of Alteryx, Oracle PL/SQL. Nice to have - Python, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, SAP Business Objects.
• Experience with relational databases utilizing SQL to pull and summarize large datasets, report creation and ad-hoc analyses.
• Hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and the tools with Alteryx, a must.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn the process and its nuances; propose and execute solution to make an efficient wholesome process.
• Team player - Ability to work in an Agile Team and follow common good practices.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Communicate in an effective manner.
• Excellent relationship building skills, strong ability to develop partnerships to drive results.
• Project Management - Ability to lead an initiative, prioritize work and meet deadlines. escalating any issues to management.
